Return & Replacement policy
At NxtWears, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
You can return or replace your item within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns and replacements are accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong Item Description: If the color or size differs from what was ordered.
- Incorrect Size: If the item size does not match the size chart or your ordered size.
- Damaged Item: If the item is received damaged or defective.
- Change of Mind: If the item is no longer needed (only unused and in original condition).
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and replacements.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return or Replacement:
Contact our Customer Support team at info@nxtwears.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the simple return or replacement process.
Important Notes:
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged product). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
